AUREA is a sanctuary designed to bring out the unique "spice" in you. I offer bespoke services tailored to your hair texture, facial structure, and individuality.
With a commitment to the future, I exclusively use Oway and also O&M hair products.
My color selection includes ammonia-free options as hwell as high-performance cool tones designed to work perfectly with Asian hair also from O&M,Oway and Wella.
New Guests (First-Time Clients)

"Haircut" first.

We DO NOT accept direct bookings for Chemical Services (Coloring/Perms/straightening) on your first visit.
Direct bookings for these services without a prior consultation will be cancelled.
Your color /perm /straightening appointment date will be officially confirmed AFTER I review your hair condition.
Direct color bookings made by new clients without prior consultation will be automatically cancelled.
Returning Clients:
Please select your menu from the "Returning Client" category in the booking system.
Cancellation & Late Policy
Cancellations: Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee in accordance with our policy.
Lateness: Delays of more than 10 minutes without prior notice cannot be accepted. Delays exceeding 20 minutes will automatically be treated as a cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.

Price & Consultations
• Haircuts: We offer a flat rate for all first-time haircut appointments including consultation, regardless of your hair length.
• Other Services: Prices for technical services vary depending on your hair length and the specific menu. You can review standard rates on our Pricing page, but for an accurate estimate, please read “How to book, Perms, Coloring, or Straightening” below.
Cancellation & Late Policy
• Cancellations: Please note that rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee, in accordance with our salon Regulation and Cancellation Policy.
• Lateness: If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Our salon phone number can be found in your confirmation email, or you can reach us via email.
• Strict Rules: To ensure fairness to the next client, we cannot accept delays of more than 10 minutes without prior notice. Delays exceeding 20 minutes will automatically be treated as a cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.
Deposits for Chemical Services
For all first-time chemical services (coloring, perms, or straightening over 70 minutes), a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. Booking your appointment online signifies your agreement to these terms.
Kids Haircuts
We generally do not accept standalone appointments for children. However, you are more than welcome to add a kids' haircut alongside your own personal booking.

How to Book
Click the "Book Appointment" button (on the right side or below) to visit our online booking system.
• First-Time Clients: Please select the "New Client" menu.
• Returning Clients: Please select your “Returning client” from the menu list.
Perms, Coloring, or Straightening
A prior consultation is required for all new chemical services.
I suggest to come only Haircutting first and otherwise,
1. Book a "Consultation" appointment online.
2. Email your inspiration photos to: aurea@kaehair.com
3. Together, we will schedule your actual service during or after your consultation.
